Freitag
Style Frames, Ident Logo Reveal
Freitag is one of the few upcycling brands who acknowledge the damaging effects the manufacturing in the fashion industry has on the Earth's environment. They are actively trying to combat against the problem by reusing abandoned materials such as truck tarps, bicycle rubber bands, and car seat belts. Under the theme of metamorphosis, I wanted to create a sequence to show how Freitag is able to take garbage and turn them into beautiful high end fashion products.

I was mostly inspired by The First Law of Kipple print edition done by artist Dan Tobin Smith who is a photographer that specialized in installations and still life photography. I was also inspired by the idea of optical illusions in three dimensional space which eventually led me to think of using projected images on top of a mass amount of objects.
